Founder of Lokate Real Estate LLC, Kate Poulard is a Dallas area native, born and raised in Lewisville, TX. With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, Kate is a former Executive Assistant for a property investment, development, and management firm based out of Los Angeles, California. Prior to her executive assistant position, Kate spent years on site as a Leasing Director for a multifamily property management company currently located in Plano, Texas.

Having extensive knowledge of the multifamily property management industry and years of experience as a REALTOR®, licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission, Kate is dedicated to helping find the perfect apartment home for her clients. “Renting should be treated no differently than the home buying process, and my clients deserve to have an agent that will invest her time to determine their needs and wants to not only find the perfect apartment home within budget, but to find the perfect apartment in the perfect location.
