What are your fees?

Absolutely nothing! LOKATE's apartment locating services are complimentary to renters. Participating apartment communities compensate us through referral commissions after you lease, so there's no additional cost to you for using our services.

How do I make sure Kate gets credit?

Simply let the leasing team know you're working with a Locator when you first contact or visit a community. Be sure to list Kate as your referral source on your leasing application as well.
